Our Roots
Here at the National Postal Mail Handlers Union Local 322, we are proud to be involved in efforts to improve the lives of workers and their families. Please know that the ONLY reason we have the great wages, benefits, & working conditions is because of the Union and Union contract. The USPS has shown what they would do without a Union (Casuals). They would pay $11-$13/hr, no benefits, no set work schedules, and "Fire at Will" with no recourse for the employee. The Union is why we have what we have!
